Orchard Hills offers a wide array of group fitness classes to help
you stay fit in a fun, comfortable environment.
Our Group Fitness Center is home to over 45 exciting classes per week
designed for a variety of interests and participants of all abilities! Orchard Hills
has introduced you to the group
fitness class of LesMills.
Instructors
Each instructor is professionally trained and certified, and our
classes are carefully designed in accordance with ACE (American Council
on Exercise) and AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America)
guidelines.
