Fitness
Our fitness floor features over 200 pieces of equipment to help
you stay fit. We are constantly adding new pieces of equipment to
our already broad assortment.
Our three-lane indoor walking/jogging track includes areas for stretching before
and after your workout.
While exercising, members can watch any of 12 television channels or
listen in to 5 CD players and 11 satellite music stations.
If you need help with equipment, or just need help learning the
ropes, our fitness staff is always happy to help.

Personal Training
For a more personalized approach to fitness, our Personal Trainers will help you build a safe and efficient workout plan to suit your fitness level and goals.
All of our Personal Trainers meet nationally recognized certification standards for fitness, safety, and health, and are trained in CPR.
